5. Observability dashboards
The Observability dashboards provide a set of connected views for analyzing network activity at different levels of detail. Access these dashboards from the cClear Observability page as a primary entry point. Use these dashboards to monitor performance, identify unusual behavior, and investigate issues.
Dashboards are organized into three levels:
Overview dashboards provide aggregated metrics across all services, locations, monitoring points, and protocols. These dashboards act as the starting point for analysis, helping you quickly identify where to focus.
Detail dashboards focus on a specific service, location, monitoring point, protocol, or endpoint, providing more granular metrics and additional context for deeper analysis.
Conversation dashboards provide detailed views of traffic between peers, such as service-to-service, location-to-location, or endpoint-to-endpoint interactions.
Navigate between dashboards using links. Selecting a link opens a related dashboard with the current context, including time range, preserved. To return to a previous dashboard, use your browser's back button.
Together, these dashboards support progressive analysis, moving from high-level trends to detailed traffic inspection.
